Exploring automation, AI, and exoskeleton technology in construction through workshops and research contributions.
The European Robotics Forum (ERF) 2025 will bring together leading figures from academia, industry, and policy in Stuttgart, Germany, from March 25 to 27. This year’s theme, “Boosting the Synergies between Robotics and AI for a Stronger Europe,” highlights the role of AI-driven robotics in fostering innovation and societal progress.
BEEYONDERS, in partnership with RoBétArmé, HumanTech (Tech4EUConstruction cluster) and the DISCOVER project, will host the workshop “Application of Robotics in Efficient and Sustainable Construction and Deconstruction” on March 27 at 8:30 AM. The session will cover automation, digital twins, and material identification in the circular economy context, featuring real-world case studies and interactive discussions.
Additionally, BEEYONDERS’ partner, the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), will present a study on ergonomic risk assessment in industrial exoskeletons. The research introduces a semi-autonomous evaluation method, offering valuable insights into worker-centered innovations and wearable robotics.
